The file tool gives you the ability to share your files with your peers and suppliers all over the globe.

Accessibilty

The system is online 24-7-365 enabling you to deliver files around the clock. All new users gets unique accounts for future use. All our customers can upload files and send them to ANYONE in the world with an email account. The only thing you need to do is to upload the file and tell the system what email adress to send the information to.

When the file has been uploaded it is available for further sharing. One file can be shared with unlimited accounts whith full control for you.

Workflow

With a quick glance in the system you can find out if the file has been downloaded, who has downloaded it, how many times it has been downloaded, to what ip (computer) it has been downloaded and the exact time of each download.

Each download is monitored and gives you an insight into how your peers or suppliers handles the files you give them. Is it downloaded more than once mayebe the account has been compromised? Is it downloaded after the date you expected then maybe they haven't started the job yet?

You can stop the file share at any time, giving you total control of your files.
