All files produced at Collabra are stored in the mediabank. What differs our mediabank from others is that we store all artworks together with the product information. This makes it possible to find everything created for a specific product and also see the develpment over time for that product.

Keep Track of Your Assortment

An assortment is not a collection of files but a collection of products. Why then does so many media banks only store files? Our mediabank is based on the notion of a product. This gives you the ability to model assortments and markets just as they are in real life.

All artworks are stored with the product information enabling you to find all artworks for a specific product. But since the products are modeled into assortments you can also find all artworks for an assortment.

Products Change

Products gets replaced. Sometimes with an upgraded product and sometimes only with new graphics. No matter what the mediabank can keep track of your artworks and know wich artworks are new and wich have been replaced.

By keeping track of the history of the products, you can always get the graphic history of the product. This is useful for reusing graphic elements and earlier marketing materials.
