Adding comments to artwork has never been easier! With Viewer’s comment markers, you can highlight exactly what needs to be corrected or reviewed. Here’s how to use them effectively.
1. Adding a New Comment
To start, click the New Comment button. This opens up a comment box where you can write your feedback and use markers to indicate specific areas on the artwork.
2. Using the Marker Tool
The marker tool allows you to precisely point out areas that need attention. There are different types of markers you can use:
Rectangular Marker – Great for marking large sections.
Round Marker – Useful for highlighting smaller, circular areas.
Line Marker – Perfect for underlining or pointing to something.
Pin Marker – Ideal for precise, pinpointed corrections.
Measurement Line Marker – Helps indicate length or spacing issues.
Measurement Rectangle Marker – Use this for measuring specific areas.
Simply select the marker you want and place it on the artwork where needed.
3. Adding Multiple Markers
Need to highlight more than one spot? No problem! Just click on the same or another marker and place it in as many locations as necessary.
4. Deleting a Marker
Made a mistake? You can easily remove a marker by clicking on the gray trash can icon next to it.
5. Submitting Your Comment
Once you're happy with your comment and markers, click the Submit button.
Now, whenever you click on the comment, the corresponding marker will be highlighted. And when you hover over a marker on the artwork, the associated comment will be visible.
