Missing artwork in Media Center

If you're looking for an artwork in Media Center and it isn't there, it can be due to one of the following:

  • If the artwork is new, it may not be approved yet. Artworks are only transferred from Projects to Media Center when they are approved. Try searching in Project if you have access to the project in which the artwork is created.
  • The search credentials (e.g. item number) are wrong. In that case you should try a wider search (e.g. by product name) or scroll in the relevant folder.

If the artwork is delisted, it's probably marked OBSOLETE. If you still need it, tick the Show obsolete tick box.

Same goes for artworks that are in the process of being updated - they may be marked Obsolete while the new version is created in Project. Try searching in Project if you have access to the project in which the artwork is updated or download the obsolete version at your own risk.

If nothing works, please contact your Cway admin.
