Once your artwork is approved, it's important to check and add source, resource, and delivery files. To streamline this process, we are introducing a new feature to "bundle" artworks. Here's how to use it:
When an Artwork is Approved
1. Look for the Bundle Button:
- Once an artwork is approved and you are a supplier on it, a Bundle button will appear in the tasks section.
2. Add Files:
- Click the Bundle button to open a dialog box.
- Drag your files into the dialog box. The system will make educated guesses about the file types.
- If the guess is incorrect, you can easily change it manually.
3. Save the Bundle:- Click "Save" to add the files to the artwork.
- The artwork will automatically update to the "bundled" status.
