Why Collabra built it
For years, our teams managed packaging projects for some of the Nordics' best-known brands. We kept running into the same problems: approvals stuck in inboxes, outdated files reaching print, and nobody able to say where time was being lost.
Instead of fixing these issues one project at a time, we built a tool to fix them at the source. That tool became Cway. It grew into its own company, and it taught us something that still shapes how we work: software only delivers results when the process and the people behind it are right.
